We provide Aerobics and Circuit Training
for the over 50's twice a week at Dumont Hall, Point Clear.
If you feel that some exercise would be good for you, then
we can provide it in a friendly atmosphere. Tuesdays at 11am
and Fridays at 10am. In addition, on a Tuesday at 9.45, we
provide Sports and Games before the Aerobics, such as
Snooker, Table Tennis, Short Mat Bowls and Darts.
