The luncheon club was formed ten years
ago by a group of volunteers who's aims and objectives were
(and still are) to provide a hot nourishing meal in a happy
and social environment. We provide transport for those who
need it, and this is at no extra cost to the member.
We meet every Thursday at the Dumont
Hall. Through our fund raising activities we are able to
give a free Christmas Luncheon to all members. We have
speakers from time toime on various subjects including
advice on personal safety, and on caring for yourself
especially in the winter.
