Once again it is time to produce our
Business Directory which we do every two years and it does
not seem possible that another two years has gone by. Whilst
writing this we are in the middle of the Credit Crunch but a
lot of the Businesses in this village are still going
strong, some of which are featured in this Directory.
This directory is available to every
household in the Village, Point Clear and
Chisbon Heath free of charge and we hope that if anyone
requires a Tradesperson they will use local businesses which
you can find in this Booklet “KEEP TRADE LOCAL.” We have
again included a large number of Organisations that exist in
the village.
We are always looking for new members so
if you are bored or need a new interest give the relevant
people a ring and see what they have to offer. I recently
went to a meeting where a lot of these organisations were
represented and I was so impressed that there is so much
going on in our small village.
We as an Organisation get involved in other
activities which you on the website Photographs of these
events. In December 2008 we organised a Christmas Street
Faye which was great fun with a lot of local people getting
involved. The Committee and myself would like to wish
everyone good luck for the future.
