The club is run by a group of W.R.V.S. volunteers from the village. The aim is to provide an opportunity for retired people to enjoy the company of neighbours, keep up with local news, get useful information. We meet at 2.30pm on the second Thursday of each month in the village hall for entertainment and tea. Thanks to a generous local councillors grant we are now able to provide transport for people who find it too far to walk to the hall.

We try to provide a variety of live entertainment and from March to December we arrange monthly outings. These have included visits to places of interest, theatres, and shopping trips. These trips are open to non members and visiting guests are welcome at the club. Although we come under the ‘umbrella’ of the W.R.V.S. The club is self supporting and very much a village organisation and we look forward to continuing as such. For enquires call Tina Edwards on 820948
